We are looking for someone to handle daily operations in one of our offices in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro.

🤓 Needed skills

• Experience with event production
• Experience with event door operations
• Knowledge about music events
• Some understanding of logistics
• Knowledge in Excel

You will respond to the Operations Manager and Head of Operations. You will work alongside the Care and Sales team.

🦾 What will you do?

• Material Management (purchase, inventory, configuration, etc.);
• Checking, editing and sending material contracts;
• Sending and receiving equipment from partners;
• Documentation (process, how-to etc.);
• Technical support on site during the event (training, solving issues, etc);
• Helping Ops team to test new approaches in Success and Care management (onboarding, data, problem solving);
• Analyze performance (onboarding, care, field operation etc.) in order to implement new processes, tools, strategy or to feed Product team with qualitative insights;
