Mission π©π»π¨π»
As Customer Support Intern, you will be the go-to ambassador of our users. Customer satisfaction will be at the heart of your missions. Your target is to offer THE solution to all Shotgun users. You will :
- Interact in writing with event organisers and users on a daily basis, and make sure they feel supported and happy
- Share user requests or feedback to help the product team adjust the product roadmap
- Respond to user requests and comments on social media
- Participate in projects that improve customer support team and processes (FAQs, dashboards, etc.)

- You are fluent in french and english (knowledge of spanish and/or portuguese are a plus)
- You are self-efficient, autonomous, and you donβt mind getting your hands dirty
